Northfield
Sechler Park
Purpose: To raise money for the Northfield Knights
Amateur Baseball team and for ongoing improvement projects at
Size: 4 X 8 sign attached to outfield fence at
Exposure: Signs will be up for all games and tournaments played from May 1 through August 31. This includes, but is not limited to, High School varsity, Knights amateur, Over 35 amateur, Legion, MIAC Tournament, and Northfield Youth Baseball. Local and out of town players and fans will see the fence signs throughout the summer creating great exposure for your business.
Cost: 3-year agreement for $1000.00
- Year 1 -- $400 due on May 1
- Year 2 -- $300 due on March 1
- Year 3 -- $300 due on March 1
A 10% discount is available for payment in full ($900.00) by May 1. At the end of the 3-year agreement, the advertiser can renew at the same rate and request a new sign.
Knights Agreement:
Ø Arrange to have sign made
Ø Pay for cost of sign
Ø Pay for sign replacement if damaged
Ø Have sign placed on fence from May 1 through August 31
Ø Include free advertisement on annual schedule board
Advertiser Agreement:
Ø Provide artwork for sign
Ø
Pay for agreement promptly
Ø
Incur
additional change in design costs (at advertisers request) within 3-year
contract period
